As I initially suspected the Alexis de Tocqueville Institution (ADTI) whitepaper was FUD and poorly written FUD at that. In a recent essay Anthony Awtrey reports that the paper was pulled and significantly revised to address a number of incorrect statements and flawed arguments before being reposted.
